Randi Kearney brings over 20 years of experience in education, with a foundation rooted in both classroom teaching and school leadership. She holds two undergraduate degrees from New York University, completed her Early Childhood studies at University of California, Los Angeles, and earned a Master’s degree in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership from the University of Illinois.
Randi spent a decade in the classroom before moving into leadership roles, where she has focused on creating learning environments that are both joyful and deeply engaging. Her work centers on individualized learning, social-emotional development, and student-centered practices.
She has presented nationally at SXSW EDU and internationally through HundrED, and continues to contribute to the broader educational community through conferences and published work.
At Vida, Randi leads with a clear intention: to create a school where children feel safe, joyful, and inspired to learn. Her approach holds both high expectations and deep care — supporting students in growing academically while developing the confidence and awareness needed to navigate the world.
