Spencer brings a deep expertise in outdoor education and youth development.
He studied Recreation, Tourism, and Management at California State University, Northridge, with a focus on youth recreation therapy, and has worked extensively in nature-based education programs.
His experience includes developing programs with the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area and leading multi-day learning experiences with NatureBridge, where students engaged in science, leadership, and social-emotional learning in outdoor settings.
At Vida, Spencer brings the natural world into daily learning — helping students build confidence, curiosity, and connection through hands-on experiences in nature.
